HONGKONG STYLE ASADO

1/2kl. pork,sliced into pieces
1Tsp. salt
2Tbsp. sugar
2cloves garlic, minced
2cloves onions, minced
4Tbsp. water
2Tbsp. Hoi Sin sauce
1Tsp vetsin
1Tsp wine drops of sesame oil
dash of pepper
2Tsp catsup

PROCEDURE:

Mix all ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Place slices of meat on top
of the turbo rack inside the cooking pan. Cover with the Turbo Broiler and cook at 375F for 15-20 minutes. Serve.
