BEEF STEAK

2pcs. T-bone steak
salt
pepper
1Tbsp. Lea and Perrins
1Tbsp. butter,melted

PROCEDURE:

Rub steak with salt and pepper.Add Lea and Perrins sauce.Brush with butter.Place on the top of the rack inside the cooking pan and cook with the Turbo Broiler at 450F for 10-12 minutes.
